Hi, I'm Hannah

— Founder of Fostering Growth.

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology and over 10 years of experience supporting children and families.

Throughout my career, I've worked directly with families in homes, schools, clinics, and communities, helping them navigate behavior challenges, developmental concerns, school issues, family routines, and the everyday realities of raising children.

I've sat with parents during some of their most overwhelming moments. A new diagnosis. A difficult school meeting. Challenging behavior that seems to be taking over family life. Long waitlists. Conflicting advice. The feeling that everyone has an opinion, but no one is helping connect the pieces.

What I've learned is that families don't just need strategies.

They need support.

They need someone who can listen, help them make sense of what's happening, and guide them toward the next right step.

That's why I created Fostering Growth.

My goal is to help families better understand their child's needs, build confidence in their decisions, and create practical plans that work in real life. Sometimes that means parent coaching and behavior support. Sometimes it means helping families navigate diagnoses, school concerns, evaluations, therapies, or community resources. Often, it's a combination of both.

I believe every family deserves support that is compassionate, practical, and individualized. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just thoughtful guidance rooted in experience, evidence, and a genuine desire to help families thrive.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me outside exploring Vermont with my husky. I love quiet trails, creative projects, and building a life that feels calm, intentional, and connected to what matters most.

I'm so glad you're here, and I look forward to meeting you.
